What material do you use for your wraps? TOP
Unless stated our wraps are made of 70% Bamboo and 30% Organic cotton. The material is amazingly soft, the same as 100% bamboo but with more durability.
How would I wash my Bamboo Baby Wrap? TOP
Machine wash cold/delicate, Tumble dry low (delicate) Always keep away from velcro (as all clothes that are cared about)
What makes Bamboo such a great material? TOP
Bamboo is lightweight, soft, breathable, and Eco-Friendly. I like it better then 100% Organic Cotton because of the softness, strength and lightness. The feel is amazing.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

I feel like my baby is sliding, what could be the problem? TOP
If for any reason your baby feels like he/she is slipping down or not secure, the wrap is not tied tight enough. I always suggest to try the wrap on in front of a mirror until you get the hang of it.
What is the Weight Limit for Your Wraps? TOP
A few pictures on the site are with my 27 lb toddler. Wearing a baby depends on what you are comfortable with. The weight limit is about 30 lbs. It also depends on the height of your child. It is easier to wear your baby in the Hip Hold (as seen in the City Girl Blue Wrap) once your baby gets on the taller side.
